At first the speaker would go in and out. Now it just doesnt work at all. The speaker is a door speaker, do not know much about this stuff. Is there a common correction for this?

SOME SUGGESTIONS-
1-make sure the wire to the speaker is hooked up right 2-make sure the wire from the wire harness is properly hooked up to the HU 3- check the settings on the HU for that speaker 4-make sure the speaker is not blow 5-make sure your wires do not touch eachother which could have created a shortage and blew the speaker 6-make sure the speaker doesnt have any dents, punctures, holes, ect.... 7-if all else fails take out the speaker and try hooking it up to a home reciever in you house that you know works and if it makes noise, you know its not the speaker.. good luck.......tell me what happens when ure done  -derek |
